“GENEROUS.” The title Generous fits 2 Corinthians in that its message is clear to BE GENEROUS as God is generous in grace and forgiveness. This letter teaches a message of forgiveness and the importance of following those who Christ has established to lead us. People can hurt each other and grow skeptical in light of general experiences. If God has entrusted Christians with the ministry of reconciliation as ambassadors of Christ, then let us learn and live what it means to be Christlike in generosity through this letter of Paul to the Corinthians.
