Traverse SL 27.5 — Front Wheel
Trail wheels often fall into two categories — heavy and durable, or light and flexy. The Traverse SL Fattie 27.5 puts all the flickable, nimble features you need in an all-mountain wheel into one package. Wide 30mm internal width, enduro-ready carbon construction, with zero bead hook technology and DT Swiss 240 internals — all-mountain performance without the weight penalty.
- 27.5" Carbon Clincher: Zero Bead Hook design, 2Bliss Ready, 30mm internal width.
- Alloy Hubshell Design: Single spoke length for easy replacement, wider profile for stiffness.
- DT Swiss 240 Internals: Quick-engaging 54t star ratchet system, 15x110mm thru-axle.
- 28 J-Bend Spokes: All same length for easy replacement, two-cross pattern.
- DT Swiss Brass Pro Lock Nipples: Hexagonal, corrosion-resistant, durable.
- 30mm Internal Width: Optimal for 2.3"–2.5" tires, better cornering support and traction.
- Includes End Caps: 19mm and 31mm OD end cap options included.

Fattie — Wide Profile, Not Fat
30mm inner width is optimal — wider than the old 19-23mm standard, but not as wide as a fat bike rim. Better tire support in hard cornering, lower pressure capability, increased rim stiffness.
Zero Bead Hook + Carbon Layup
Zero Bead Hook technology eliminates the weak spot in a traditional wheel. Combined with the wider profile, effectively dissipates forces so you can take abuse from rocks without cracks or dents.
DT Swiss 240 — 54t Star Ratchet
Quick-engaging 54t star ratchet in the rear hub allows you to power over rocks and roots without delay. Sealed cartridge bearings for all-weather reliability.
Easy Service — Single Spoke Length
28 J-bend spokes, all the same length. No more searching for the right spoke length or dealing with creaky straight-pull spokes. Roval alloy hubshells engineered for single spoke length per wheelset.
