Worship

We just wrapped up a 3-part series on worship. We answered some questions regarding what true Biblical worship is, and what it is not.One thing I want to remind you of is the illustration of the captured king, from yesterday’s message.

The sparing of life is only gained when complete surrender and allegiance is given to THE KING, Jesus Christ, and it’s from that moment that we are to praise and worship Him in Spirit and in Truth… with all that God has blessed us with, and with our very lives!

Remember that the captured king had to prostrate himself before Caesar…humility. This king also had to cast his crown at the feet of Caesar…giving him worth, honor and praise. This king also had to confess that Caesar was lord over him…submission to his authority, public acknowledgement of his surrender of himself and everything he had.

We too need to do this with our lives with Jesus Christ, prostrating ourselves before Him…our Lord. God demonstrated His love for us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). A life surrendered to Jesus is a life gained for eternity and grace is a FREE Gift – (Luke 17:33; Eph. 2:8-9).

Jesus Christ is worthy of our praise…our spiritual worship. He loves you, and He said that He will never leave you, nor forsake you. I pray you remember Him in everything today and bring Him glory with every breath.

“I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.” – Romans 12:1

Have a blessed day! – From

Pastor Raul
